This Contract is for 200 Vacation Points awarded annually in December. The points can be used at any of the original 14 Disney Vacation Club Resorts. Contract #9015367.000, Membership #588730916443, expires January 31, 2057. The points for 2018 have been used and no points will be available until the 200 Vacation Points are awarded in December of 2019. The Maintenance fees for 2019 of $1,465.68 have not been paid and will be payable by the Buyer. There is a mortgage balance on this contract of approx. $6,570.68, which will be payable by the Buyer. The Transfer/Estoppel fee is $150.
