Legal: Lot 1, Block D Mills Add to City of Benton Harbor. Parcel No. 54-5100-0044-00-3. The site address for the parcel is 826 Thresher Ave. Benton Harbor, MI.According to the Assessor, the parcels are zoned Residential and are close to Lake Michigan. There was a house on the lot at 856 Thresher and utilities are available. For Lot 1, the 2018 taxes of $194.86 have been partially paid. There is a balance of $24.12 past due.  For Lot 2, the 2018 taxes of $76.95 have been partially paid with a balance due of $19.15. The lots are close to each other but not adjacent.
