The site address is 712 W. 5th Street Eloy, Arizona 85131. According to the Assessor, the parcel is zoned I1- Light Industrial-Vacant land with water and electricity nearby and is a build able lot.  Parcel number: 405-06-035-0.  According to the Assessor, the 2019 taxes of $353.66 have not been paid. The total past due tax amount is $3,538.98 good thru 8-31-2020  (includes 2019 and tax liens from 2014 through 2018).  The picture below is of the general area, NOT of this particular parcel. A picture of the actual lot can be seen on the Pinal County Assessor’s Website. The FCV for the parcel shows as $9,737 on the Assessor’s site.
