Fixed Week 32, Red – Summer season.  The first year available usage is 2022 based upon availability at the time of the transfer, (the full week may not be available). The 2022 maintenance fees of $1,524.00 have not been paid. The 1st half fees of $762.00 are past due and payable by the Buyer. Deeded as unit 307, week 32. Membership #30732. Transfer fee is $50.00.
