DESCRIPTION OF ITEM
3 Bedroom/3 Bath Unit, 2,000 sq. ft., 27 days annual usage from March to March (21 days high season, 6 days sport season). The Owner can use 21 days of high usage from the 3rd week in April to the 1st week in December. The 6 sport days are available from the 1st week in December to the 2nd week in March, excluding Christmas and New Years, which are considered “high season”. Interest: #8,  Lot #9. The 2019 maintenance fees of $3,700.00 have not been paid. The past due fees are approx. $3,876.31.  The mortgage has been paid in full. The fee to transfer the ownership is $500 to The Owners Club and $278 to Indigo rum Plantation. First year available usage is 2019 based on availability at the time of the Transfer. The Owners Club has the Right of First Refusal on this property. Full payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. If The Owners Club decides to exercise their Right, your FULL payment will be refunded.
