DESCRIPTION OF ITEM
38,400 HGVC vacation points awarded annually during Platinum and Gold Season. There are 4 Interval Contracts included in this sale. The 2023 maintenance fees of $4,490.16 have NOT been paid (includes a $199 club dues fee). The 38,400 Points awarded for 2023 will be available once the fees are paid with usage based upon availability at the time of transfer.  The fee to transfer the ownership is $399. Contract #39-56332. First year available usage is 2023 based upon availability at the time of transfer. Hilton has the First Right of Refusal on this property. The Buyer will be invoiced for the winning bid amount, the $200.00 document preparation fee and $10 for certified mail. Full payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. If Hilton decides to exercise their Right, your full payment will be refunded. All other fees will be payable to Hilton when the transfer is completed.
