DESCRIPTION OF ITEM
This Contract is for 160 Vacation Points awarded annually in December at DVC Aulani Vacation Club Villas. The points can be used at any of the original 14 Disney Vacation Club Resorts and the home resort in Hawaii. Contract #8006045.003, Membership #618680806385, expires January 31, 2057. The 160 points for 2022 have not been used and they will be available to the Buyer based upon availability at the time of transfer. The Maintenance fees for 2022 of approx. $1,390.00 have been partially paid and the 2023 fees of $1,454.04 have not been paid. The total past due amount is approx. $2,478.21 and will be payable by the Buyer. There is a mortgage balance on this contract of approx. $15,038.08, which will be payable by the Buyer. The Transfer/Estoppel fee is $150. Disney Vacation Club has the Right of First Refusal on this property. Full payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. If Disney decides to exercise their Right, your full payment will be refunded. The Buyer will be invoiced for the winning bid amount, the $200 document preparation fee and $10 for certified mail. The past due fees and any transfer/estoppel fees and the mortgage payoff amount will be paid directly to DVC.
LIENS The 2022 & 2023 maintenance fees of approx. $2,478.21. and the mortgage balance of approx. $15,038.08 will be payable by the Buyer. We do not know of any other liens.
