DESCRIPTION OF ITEM
This Contract is for 120 Vacation Points awarded annually in March. There are 120 points currently available that will transfer to the new buyer based on availability at the time of the transfer.  These points can be used at any of the original 14 Disney Vacation Club Resorts only. Contract #7067085.000, membership #606390767983, expires 1/31/2054. First year available usage is 2023, based upon availability at the time of transfer. The maintenance fees for 2023 of $938.41 have not been paid. The past due fees are approx. $1,083.24 (includes the 2023 fees plus late fees). Transfer/Estoppel fee: $150, payable by the Buyer. According to DVC, there is no mortgage balance on the timeshare. The Buyer will be invoiced for the winning bid amount, the document preparation fee of $200 and $10 for certified mail. The maintenance fees and any transfer/estoppel fees will be paid directly to DVC. Disney Vacation Club has the First Right of Refusal on this property. Full payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. If Disney decides to exercise their Right, your full payment will be refunded.

LIENS: Past due fees of approx. $1,083.24, payable by the Buyer. We do not know of any other liens.

An exercise room, restaurant, bar and outdoor swimming pool are available on-site, and a beach, boating, water skiing, live entertainment, golf and horseback riding can all be found in the nearby area.

NOTES This is all we know about this asset. A title search has NOT been performed on this item. CSAssets does not provide title insurance and Escrow is not an option for these sales. If title insurance is desired, the buyer will be responsible for obtaining it through a Title Company. A document preparation fee of $200 will apply and will be included in the total of your invoice.
