This Contract is for 170 Vacation Points awarded annually in April. There are currently 170 points available for use in 2017. Those points will be available to the Buyer based upon availability at the time of transfer. 170 Vacation Points will be awarded in April of 2018. The points can be used at any Disney Vacation Club Resort. Contract #4016031.000, Membership #292910416092, expires in 2042. The Maintenance fees for 2017 of $1,100.32 have not been paid (includes taxes). The past due fees are approx. $3,670.52 (includes 2017 fees). Transfer/Estoppel fee: $150. Disney Vacation Club has the First Right of Refusal on this property. Full payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver.
