11,000 VACATION POINTS at HILTON CLUB NEW YORK – SOLD FOR $7,300!

DESCRIPTION OF ITEM
11,000 Vacation Points awarded Annually, Floating usage. This is a Deeded timeshare with no Week or Unit assigned. The timeshare is deeded as an 11,000 point ownership at HNY Club Suites Phase I. The 2018 maintenance fees of  $3,406.30 have not been paid (includes a $290.00 Club dues fee). The past due fees are approx. $3,843.93 (includes late fees and penalties). The mortgage has been paid in full. There are 11,000 Points awarded annually with 11,000/9,900 points currently available.  The 11,000 points are from 2018 and the 9,900 points were saved from 2017. The 9,900 points will expire on 12/31/18. The Owners used their points for 2019. The next points that will be awarded to the buyer will be in 2020. The fee to transfer the ownership is $399 and the new owner will be invoiced for a $599 Club Activation fee. Contract #81-3260. First year available usage is 2018 based upon availability at the time of transfer. Hilton has the First Right of Refusal on this property. Full Payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. If Hilton decides to exercise their Right, your full payment will be refunded. The past due fees, Club Activation Fee and Transfer Fee will all be paid by the Buyer directly to HGVC once the Waiver has been issued.
