This Contract is for 270 Vacation Points awarded annually in December. The points can be used at any Disney Vacation Club Resort. The debtors borrowed against their 2012 allotment and the remaining amount for 2012 will be 20 points. 270 Vacation Points will be awarded in December of 2013. Contract #5002934.000, expires in 2042. First year available usage is 2013. Maintenance fees for 2012 are $1,514.60. The past due fees are $1,623.41 as of 4-5-2012. Disney Vacation Club has the First Right of Refusal on this property. Payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. If Disney decides to exercise their Right, your full payment will be refunded.
