There is no site address for the parcel other than West Madison Street.  According to the Assessor, there is power and water nearby and there is a house on the lot next to it at 644 W. Madison Street Yazoo City, MS 39141.A portion of the house is on the lot we are selling. The 2018 & 2019 taxes  have not been paid. The past due taxes are $199.75 (2018 $141.83 (includes late fees) & 2019 $57.92.

This is a great investment opportunity. The original owners owned side by side lots and built the home in the picture on both lots. They let the lot at 644 W. Madison St. go back to the County for taxes. Unless the lot is redeemed by the previous owner of record, the lot will go up for auction in August 2020.
