Vacant Lot 0.29 acres in Wayne County, PA. Tax Map #26-0-0002-0233, Control #030535. Legal: Lot 22, Street Elk Drive on the plot or plan of lots known as “Pocono Springs Estate, Inc. in Wayne County, PA. The site address for the parcel is 22 Elk Drive. According to the Pocono Springs Civic Assoc., utilities are accessible. This lot has not had a perk test done but according to the Septic Code Officer, the lot is favorable and there are 5 or 6 homes on  surrounding parcels, including the parcel directly behind this one. The 2012 taxes of $123.28 have not been paid.  The past due taxes are approx. $1,051.31 thru 2-28-13 (includes 2008 thru 2012 taxes). The POA is Pocono Springs Civic Association. This is a private Community with a Lake and Amenities. The POA dues for 2013 are $496. The total past due fees are $2,866.97 as of 3-31-13.
