There are no past due fees. The fee to transfer the ownership is $25. First year available usage is 2015 based upon availability at the time of the transfer. Marriott has the Right of First Refusal on this property. Payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. There is a $95 estoppel fee payable buy the Buyer. If Marriott decides to exercise their Right, your full payment will be refunded.
