Day usage and other Club Owner Benefits do NOT transfer to a new owner. First year available usage is 2024 based upon availability at the time of transfer. The 2022 maintenance fees of approx. $729.91 have been paid (fees are billed out annually). There are no past due fees. The transfer fee is $50.00 and the estoppel fee is $35.00, both payable by the Buyer to Breckenridge Grand Vacations. Breckenridge Grand Vacations (BGV) has the Right of First Refusal (ROFR).
