1 Bedroom/1 Bath Unit, 1 week Biennial usage in Odd Years, Floating Week in Spring/Fall season. Deeded. Day usage and other Club Owner Benefits do NOT transfer to a new owner. The 2022 maintenance fees of $535.85 have been paid. There are no past due fees. The first year available usage is 2023 based upon availability at the time of transfer. Transfer fee to Breckenridge Grand Vacations is $50.00 and the estoppel fee is $35.00. Breckenridge Grand Vacations (BGV) has the Right of First Refusal (ROFR). Full Payment is required to request the Waiver of the ROFR. Should BGV exercise their right, Full Payment will be returned to the Buyer.
