2 Bedroom/2 Bath Deluxe unit with Jacuzzi, 1 week Biennial Even weeks usage. Floating Week – Red Season (Weeks 1–52). The 2014 maintenance fees of approx. $750.00 have not been paid. The past due fee amount is approx. $840.00, includes 2014 plus late fees. Membership #3225888015. The fee to transfer the ownership is $150. First year available usage is 2014 based upon availability at the time of the transfer. Westgate has the Right of First Refusal on this property. Full Payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. If Westgate decides to exercise their Right, your full payment will be refunded. This is a deeded timeshare, deeded as Unit 1706, Week 11.
