The 2019 maintenance fees of $1,128.00 have not been paid. The past due fees are approx. $1,128.00 due prior to travel April 27, 2019 . Transfer fee to is $350.00. First year available usage is 2019 based upon availability at the time of transfer. This is an All-inclusive resort. The debtors paid $22,575.00 for the timeshare.

Bicycles, sailboats, volleyball, tennis, and snorkel gear are free. Day-trips and water sports are available. Shuttle service links all five Royal Resorts. This is an all-inclusive resort, requiring the purchase of a meal plan payable to the resort.
