The past due fee amount is approx. 2,688.10, includes 2013 & 2014 plus late fees. Membership #3987093. The fee to transfer the ownership is $25. First year available usage is 2014 based upon availability at the time of the transfer. Marriott has the Right of First Refusal on this property. Full Payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. If Marriott decides to exercise their Right, your payment will be refunded. This is a deeded timeshare, deeded as Unit 8254, Week 50.
