First year available usage is 2014 based upon availability at the time of the Transfer. The 2014 maintenance fees of $1279.71 have been paid. According to Coconut Beach Resort, there are no past due fees. This is a deeded timeshare. The Buyer will be invoiced for the bid amount, the $225 document preparation fee and $8 for certified mail. Fees required for the transfer, if any, will be paid by the Buyer directly to Coconut Beach Resort.
