The 2022 maintenance fees of $526.00 have not been paid. Past due fees are approx. $560.00 (includes the 2022 fees and late fees), payable by the Buyer. Deeded as unit 206, week 25. Membership #9336. Transfer fee is $75.00. The membership expires is in 2062.
