154,000 Vacation points awarded biennially in January in Odd years. The points can be used at any Wyndham location. Usage of the 154,000 points for 2015 will be available to the Buyer, once the transfer has been completed. The 2015 maintenance fees of $599.06 will be payable by the Buyer. There is a program fee of $43.89 that may also apply depending on the Club Wyndham status of the Buyer. The fee to transfer the ownership of $299 will be paid by the Seller. Shuttle service is available to the nearby Durango Mountain Resort Ski Area, which offers 40 miles of groomed terrain and 75 trails.
