Two Cemetery Plots at Mount Emblem Cemetery (Grand Avenue & County Lane). Two rights of interment, Section F, Lot 1060, Graves 1 and 2. The plots together are currently valued at $10,790. Mount Emblem charges a $250 transfer fee, which may be waived if additional arrangements are made at the time of transfer, otherwise the transfer fee will be paid by the Seller. There is a $25 endowment care fund fee, payable by the Buyer. These plots were gifted to the church and we are trying to get them sold to benefit First United Church of Christ in Forest Park, Illinois.
