Legal Description: 153.75 acres of land, more or less, Wibaux County, Montana, more particularly described as Township 14 North, Range 60 East, Section 6: Lots 4(37.31), 5(38.03), 6(38.81), 7(39.60) in that certain Mineral Quit claim Deed dated November 21, 1983 and recorded in Book 28, Page 105 of the real property records of Wibaux County, MT.
