2 Bedroom/3 Bath Mountain/Garden View, 1 week Annual usage. Floating Week – Platinum Season. Interval MH*7123/51, Owner #2408203. This is deeded as unit 7123, week 51. The 2024 maintenance fees of $3,769.11 have not been paid. The past due fees are approx. $8,167.69 as of 2/3/2025. That amount includes the past due fees from 2024 and the 2025 fees of $3,892.34. The fee to transfer the ownership is $25. First year available usage is 2025 based upon availability at the time of the transfer. Marriott has the Right of First Refusal on this property. Full payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. If Marriott decides to exercise their Right, your full payment will be refunded. This is a deeded timeshare recorded at Land Court, Bureau of Conveyances in Hawaii. If the new deed has to be recorded in Land Court, the Buyer may want to retain an attorney.
