2 Bedroom/2 Bath unit, 1 week Biennial, even year usage. Floating – Platinum Season. Deeded as Unit 3343, Week 31, Owner #6436407.  The 2019 maintenance fees of  $660.23 have not been paid. The past due fees are approx. $1,315.67.  The taxes are billed separately by Orange County, CA. We were unable to find the amount that is owed to the County for the taxes. The fee to transfer the ownership is $25. First year available usage is 2020 based upon availability at the time of transfer. Marriott has the First Right of Refusal on this property. Full payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. If Marriott decides to exercise their Right, your FULL payment will be refunded.
