The Membership is permanently renewable by paying the Annual Activity Fee of $449. This fee is paid only if you travel along with a booking/processing fee of $115 per week. This is NOT a Timeshare with an annual maintenance fee, it is a membership. There are a lot of possibilities for travel use with this Membership including a Tour Exchange and a Cruise Exchange program.
