DESCRIPTION OF ITEM
This Contract is for 100 Vacation Points awarded annually in February. There are currently 100 points available for use in 2023 based on availability at the time of transfer. The points can be used at the original 14 Disney Vacation Club Resorts. Contract #15007905.000, Membership #517431508770, expires 1/31/2068. The Maintenance fees for 2023 of $773.64 have not been paid. The past due fees are approx. $3,592.57 (includes 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023 fees plus late fees). Transfer/Estoppel fee: $150. Disney Vacation Club has the First Right of Refusal on this property. Full payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. If Disney decides to exercise their Right, your full payment will be refunded. The Buyer will be invoiced for the winning bid amount, the $250 document preparation fee and $10 for certified mail. The past due fees and any transfer fees will be paid directly to DVC.
LIENS Past due fees of approx. $3,592.57, payable by the Buyer. We do not know of any other liens.
