DESCRIPTION OF ITEM
7,680 HGVC vacation points awarded annually during Platinum Season. This is deeded as a one-bedroom unit with floating usage during Platinum Season. The 2022 have NOT been paid and the 2023 maintenance fees of $1,368.18 have NOT been paid (includes a $199 club dues fee). The total past due fee amount is Approx. $3,364.53. The 7,680 Points awarded for 2023 will be available once the fees are paid with usage based upon availability at the time of transfer. The fee to transfer the ownership is $399. Contract #34-17498. First year available usage is 2023 based upon availability at the time of transfer. Hilton has the First Right of Refusal on this property. The Buyer will be invoiced for the winning bid amount, the $200.00 document preparation fee and $10 for certified mail. Full payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. If Hilton decides to exercise their Right, your full payment will be refunded. All other fees will be payable to Hilton when the transfer is completed.
