This Contract is for 750 Vacation Points awarded annually in March. The Debtor borrowed against the 2013 points and there are 586 points currently available. They will transfer to the new buyer. Contract #677670606055, expires in 2042. First year available usage is 2013. Maintenance fees for 2013 are $4,234.35. The past due fees are approx. $4,715.23 good thru 4-23-13. Transfer/ Estoppel fee: $50. Disney Vacation Club has the First Right of Refusal on this property. Payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. If Disney decides to exercise their Right, your full payment will be refunded. There is no mortgage balance on the timeshare. The Owner paid cash.
