This ownership is for 6,000 Diamond Resorts Vacation Ownership points, which can be used at any Diamond Resort within the U.S. Collections or for travel at Interval International Resorts. Member #21-5785744. Contract #2172146T. The 2013 maintenance fees were $1,245.20, this includes the amount for Club Select membership, which does not transfer to the Buyer. The 2013 fees have been paid. The 2014 amount has not been billed out yet. First year available usage is 2014. Transfer fee $250. This is not a deeded timeshare. It is a perpetual use membership. A Bill of Sale and transfer documents from Diamond Resorts will be provided to the Buyer. The resort pictured below is The Ridge on Sedona Golf Resort in Sedona, AZ. The current owners paid $25,500 for the timeshare.
