DESCRIPTION OF ITEM
This Contract is for 50 Vacation Points awarded annually in August at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows. The points can be used at any of the original 14 Disney Vacation Club Resorts only. Contract #14016554.000, Membership #535511418563, expires January 31, 2066. There are 63 points for 2026 available for usage based upon availability at the time of transfer. The Maintenance fees for 2026 of approx. $410.19 have been paid. The Transfer fee is $500 and the Estoppel fee is $150, both payable by the Buyer. There is a mortgage balance of approx. $1506.47 on the timeshare, which will be payable by the Buyer. Disney Vacation Club has the Right of First Refusal for this property. Full payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. If Disney decides to exercise their Right, your full payment will be refunded. The Buyer will be invoiced for the winning bid amount, the $250 document preparation fee and $12 for certified mail. The past due fees and the transfer and estoppel fees will be paid directly to DVC by the Buyer.
LIENS The mortgage balance of approx. $1,506.47 will be payable by the Buyer. We do not know of any other liens.
