Parcel numbers: 76739 & 76740, Geo ID: S435-051-0000-0120 & S435-051-0000-0130.  According to the Assessor, these are buildable lots with open zoning and the nearest city to the property is Sierra Blanca, TX. The 2023 taxes of $226.55 – Tract 12 & $222.70 – Tract 13 have not been paid. The total past due taxes are approx. $914.00 (2022 & 2023 taxes plus interest & penalties).
