DESCRIPTION OF ITEM
Estate’s Interest in Annuity Benefits owed pursuant to the Settlement Agreement between Transamerica Life Insurance Company and Joyce J. Carroll executed March 17, 2010. Between February 2016 and January 2020, Transamerica will pay $37,347.01 in Annuity Benefit II payments. Transamerica will begin Annunity Benefit II payments in the amount of $547.01 on February 1, 2016 and in the amount of $800 per month thereafter until and including January 2020. Certain Structured Settlement Protection Act provisions may apply to this sale. Tax liabilities should also be considered by potential bidders. Transamerica’s fee to transfer the interest should not exceed $750.
