This Contract is for 250 Vacation Points awarded annually in February. There are 250 points currently available that will transfer to the new buyer. These points can be used at any Disney Vacation Club Resort. Contract #7024910.000, expires in 2054. First year available usage is 2013. Maintenance fees for 2013 are $1,203.24. The past due fees are approx. $2,808.02 (includes 2012 & 2013 fees plus penalties and interest) good thru 6-30-13. Transfer/Estoppel fee: $50. Disney Vacation Club has the First Right of Refusal on this property. Full payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. If Disney decides to exercise their Right, your full payment will be refunded. There is no mortgage balance on the timeshare.
LIENS: Past due maintenance fees of $2,808.02 good thru 6-30-13. We do not know of any other liens.
