DESCRIPTION OF ITEM
This Contract is for 200 Vacation Points awarded annually in December. The points can be used at any of the original 14 Disney Vacation Club Resorts. Contract #9015367.000, Membership #588730916443, expires January 31, 2057. The points for 2018 have been used and no points will be available until the 200 Vacation Points are awarded in December of 2019. The Maintenance fees for 2019 of $1,465.68 have not been paid and will be payable by the Buyer. There is a mortgage balance on this contract of approx. $6,570.68, which will be payable by the Buyer. The Transfer/Estoppel fee is $150. Disney Vacation Club has the Right of First Refusal on this property. Full payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. If Disney decides to exercise their Right, your full payment will be refunded. The Buyer will be invoiced for the winning bid amount, the $200 document preparation fee and $8 for certified mail. The past due fees and any transfer/estoppel fees and the mortgage payoff amount will be paid directly to DVC.
LIENS The 2019 maintenance fees of approx. $1,465.68 and the mortgage balance of approx. $6,570.68 will be payable by the Buyer. We do not know of any other liens.

The Animal Kingdom also includes one of the largest collections of African artwork in the United States. This resort offers an outdoor pool and poolside bar for total relaxation.
