Parcel numbers: 12-01988 & 12-01984. According to the Assessor, there is Community water in the area and overhead electric. The 2012 taxes for each parcel of $27.45 have been paid. There are no past due taxes for either parcel. The parcels are approx. 2-3 miles from Cloudcroft, NM and near the city of James Canyon. The Assessed FCV for each parcel is $4,050.
