2 Acres of Improved Land in Seligman, Yavapai County, AZ. Legal: Lot 2785, Bridge Canyon Country Estates Unit 14, Yavapai County, AZ.  Parcel number: 301-43-237. The site address is: 33621 W. Flora Lane Seligman, AZ 86337. According to the assessor, this is a buildable lot.   The property is improved by a 1989 Single Wide Bellcrest Spring Oak Mobile Home 14′ x 80′, Serial #GBHMC21042.  The mobile home is a 2 bedroom/2 bath with a kitchen and living room area. We do not have any pictures of the mobile home and we do not know the condition of it, though it has been inhabited by the debtor. Any and all property located on the parcel is included in the sale of this parcel. The 2018 taxes of $39 for the land and $90.88 for the Mobile Home  have been paid. The 2019 full cash value shows as $3,989.00 for the land and $7,415.00 for the mobile home. There does not appear to be an HOA or POA associated with the property. The picture displayed is of the general area in Yavapai County.
