The points can be used to stay at Wyndham’s Zephyr Cove or at any resort in the Wyndham network. According to Wyndham, the mortgage contract has been paid in full. The first year available usage is 2020 and there will be 154,000 points awarded then. The 2019 maintenance fees of $453.00 are being paid monthly at $37.75 per month. Past due fees are approx. $226.50 as of 10-31-2019. The fee to transfer the ownership is $299.
