The site address is 1930 W. 48th Place Safford, AZ 85546. Parcel number: 103-27-044.  The 2013 taxes of $340.80 are due 11/5/2013. There are no past due taxes. There is a 12′ X 50′ Mobile Home on the property. The Mobile Home is a 1989 Champion, Serial #092964S1913. We do not have any detail information about the mobile home, other than it is currently occupied by a family member. The picture below is of the general area, not of this particular parcel. The actual parcel can be viewed at the Graham County Assessor’s website or Zillow. The assessed FCV is $30,570.

Located in the Southeastern part  of Arizona, the County seat is Safford, AZ. Graham County was established in 1881 from Apache and Pima Counties. Joseph Knight rogers, who was an early settler introduced the bill to the legislature that created the new county. The county seat was named for Anson Pacely Killen Safford, an early territorial Governor. The county was named after Mount Graham, the highest peak in the area at 10,516 feet above sea level.
