The site address for the parcel is 4420 Valancius Way Lake Montezuma, AZ 86335.  The main cross streets nearby are Kerry Road and Wikkiup Drive. According to the Assessor, the 2020 taxes of $92.28 have not been paid. The past due taxes are approx. $751.20 (includes 2016 thru 2020 taxes plus interest), good thru 12-31-2020. The parcel is zoned Residential – R1L-12 and is a buildable lot with utilities nearby. According to the Assessor, the nearest city to the parcel is Rimrock. The picture below is of the general area, NOT of this particular parcel.
