This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Standard Lockoff unit for 1 weeks usage biennially, (Odd years). Fixed week 8, Red Season. Deeded as Unit 2A/2B, week 8. First year available usage is 2019, based upon availability at the time of transfer. The week for 2017 has not been used, though we do not know if Westgate will allow usage once the fees have been paid. The 2017 maintenance fees & taxes are $999.00. The fees have not been paid and the past due amount as of 10-31-2017 was approx. $2,476.43 (includes 2015 and 2017 plus late fees and interest). The fee to transfer the ownership is $150. Westgate has the First Right of Refusal and the sale cannot be completed until Westgate has waived their right. Full payment is required to request the Waiver and will be returned to the Buyer if Westgate decides to exercise their Right.
