2 Bedroom/2 Bath unit, 1 Week, Annual usage. Floating Week – Red Season (2 weeks usage for a 1 bedroom unit).  378,000 Vacation points are awarded annually. The points can be used at any Wyndham location. Usage of the 378,000 points for 2015 will be available to the Buyer, once the transfer has been completed. There is a 3 night reservation starting December 21, 2014, which is also available for the Buyer. The 2014 maintenance fees of $1,693.44 have been paid.  There is a program fee of $215 that may also apply depending on the  Club Wyndham status of the Buyer. The fee to transfer the ownership is $299. Deeded lifetime ownership, Contract No: 13-0102528.
