The closest city is Show Low, AZ. According to the Assessor, the 2012 taxes of $319.52 have not been paid.  The past due taxes are $2550.41 good thru 4-30-2013 (includes 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012). Hacienda Pines POA dues are approx. $400 per year ($33 monthly).
