The Lot size is 0.48 Acres. The units were built in 1972.The Carport area will hold 2 cars per unit, Central A/C, Forced air heat, Carpet and Vinyl floors. The Exterior is Block.  The larger unit at 510 is 7 rooms including 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, 1,500 sq. ft. There are no appliances and there will be a lot of cleanup and repair required. This unit was a duplex, converted to a single unit by knocking out the middle wall. According to the Appraiser, the wall could easily be replaced and converted back to 2 units.
