The 2015 maintenance fees of approx. $1,264.46 were due 1-16-2015. The past due fees are approx. $1,290.00. The fee to transfer the ownership is $100. The membership expires in 2056. First year available usage is 2015 based upon availability at the time of the transfer. The debtors had banked their 2015 week with Interval International. This banked week will be made available to the Buyer for their 2015 usage. There will be a booking fee of a minimum of approx. $60 which will vary depending on the destination chosen for travel. This fee will be payable by the Buyer. Marriott has the Right of First Refusal on this property. Payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. There is a $95 estoppel fee payable buy the Buyer.
