Membership #CHCC-8931. The membership for this timeshare expires in 2035. The 2015 maintenance fees of $623.69 have not been paid. Maintenance fees are billed in odd years only. The Transfer fee of $1,234.90 will be paid by the Seller unless Krystal exercises their ROFR. First year available usage is 2015 based on availability at the time of the Transfer. Owners paid $12,349 in 2011. There are 25 bonus weeks available that will transfer to the Buyer. Krystal has the Right of First Refusal (ROFR) on this property. Full Payment must be sent for us to request the Waiver. If Krystal decides to exercise their Right, your full payment will be refunded.
