The 2014 maintenance fees of  $1,456.10 have been paid. There are 6,300 Points awarded to this account in even years. The first year available usage is 2016 when 6,300 points will be awarded once the maintenance fees have been paid for 2016.  The fee to HGVC to transfer the ownership is $399. There is a $315 Club Activation fee and a $35 Estoppel fee. All fees will be payable by the Buyer. Contract #68-9739.  Hilton has the  Right of First Refusal on this property.
