7,500 Hilton Grand Vacation Club Points awarded Biennially in Even Years. Deeded, Membership #E16338. Deeded as Unit 11015. First year available usage is 2018 based upon availability at the time of transfer. 500 points have been used and 7,000 points will be awarded in 2018. The points can be used at any Hilton property. The 2016 maintenance fees of $1,341.00 have been paid. The 2016 maintenance fees included the last installment of an upgrade property assessment. The fees for 2018 will be lower than that amount. Transfer fee is $399.00. Hilton has the Right of First Refusal (ROFR) for this timeshare. Full payment is required to request the Waiver of their ROFR. Should Hilton exercise their right, the full payment will be returned to the Buyer. The Waiver request fee is $99, payable by the Buyer.
