The top is plastic not glass and there is about a 4 inch crack in the plastic. There is no COA, however the back of the picture has the NBA Official Licensed Product stamp & number 124733705. (2) Two black and white action photographs of Shaquille O’Neal with the Los Angeles Lakers, autographed with signature and jersey number.
